TAX CREDIT OF $8,000 AFTER A PURCHASE OF A DREAM HOME
       My name is Jayne Njuguna and I am your Kenyan Licensed Realtor here in Missouri and Kansas States for 10 years.  You may know who I am and you may not know me.  It will be my pleasure to meet every Kenyan Dreamer who dreams to have the American Dream of purchasing your own home.  It is a plus to have a home than renting because you will have a great investment when you purchase through the value and equity of your own home.  We all have rented before we purchased but you realise you are making the Landlord rich and your money goes to a drain and you cannot recover that money any other time but if you purchase a home you will be glad to know you have a great investment and you can get a loan and use your home as a collateral if you were in a fix.

     I would also like to let you know about the Tax Credit of $8,000 that was passed by the congress to assist First Time Home Buyers or someone who has owned a home for 5 years.  This will be credited to you after you close on your home by mid November, 2009.  So you have to call now and get more information how to go about it.   The check will be mailed to you  after closing of which you will have to amend your 2008 taxes and put the Tax Credit in your taxes immediately after closing.  This money is guaranteed so there are no doubts whether it is true or not true.  This could be a great gift for you to buy your new furniture for your new home or use it any way you wish because it is your money.

     The other option is to get together with a group of friends or family and purchase forclosure properties that can be fixed and be rented or sold since they are also so cheap due to many foreclosures that are in the market.  You are never a looser anytime you invest and especially in Real Estate.  Donald Trump the richest Real Estate Investor of New York was on CNN a month ago and he advised people this is the right time to buy or never when Real Estate market is so cheap before the homes goes back to their own value after the recession.
